All payments are non‑refundable, no exceptions. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. I may be able to move your session.

All sessions must be paid in full before your appointment. Unpaid bookings will be canceled.

If I ever get overlapping or double bookings, I’ll reach out to you personally to reschedule your session at the next available time.

When you book, please let me know whether you prefer a phone call or a video call so I can set everything up on my end.
